My GF and myself used Lynne and Jason in 2014 to find a home together. I also used them to sell my home I owned a few years before. Both times I was happy with their patience and advice. When selling, I needed to know what was required to achieve the maximum dollar for my property. With Jason's extensive knowledge in renovating and Lynne's vast experience they were able to guide me through the required and expected upgrades a buyer would want to see for a home in my area and price range. I was happy with the outcome. When on the other side searching for a home, I found that this is where the patience of a realtor would be tested.
